*We're incredibly sorry for the increased shipping rates to Northern Ireland. The U.K.'s Brexit agreement and departure from the customs union have resulted in unparalleled bureaucracy and thus far higher shipping rates.
Deliveries to the Channel Islands can be very difficult and expensive, due to the different customs tariffs and tax rates employed there. Therefore, to cover our expenses and administration, a £20 surcharge will be applied to all Channel Island orders.

*Due to the U.K.'s departure from the EU (Brexit), customers in the Republic of Ireland will no longer be charged U.K. VAT on purchases. Instead, customers in Ireland will have to pay import VAT and customs charges to Irish authorities on the arrival of the goods at Irish ports. In Ireland, the current standard rate of VAT is 23%. (The standard rate was reduced to 21% from 1 September 2020 to 28 February 2021.) A letter will be sent to the delivery address, detailing he charges and how to pay them. The Incubator Shop (TMM Direct Ltd) accepts no liability for any customs charges or import VAT. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay such charges within 7 days. Otherwise, the goods will be returned the U.K. In this event, The Incubator Shop reserves the right to deduct shipping costs from any refund provided.
Important Information!
Here at The Incubator Shop, we believe in offering the fairest and most competitive shipping rates. Since we only operate within the U.K. and Ireland, we have been able to negotiate the best possible rates with DPD. There's no such thing as a free delivery, since the delivery man needs wages too! But for all orders over £50, we completely subsidise your delivery costs which enables us to offer a FREE delivery service to England Wales & parts of Scotland. We also subsidise the equivelant amount from any other delivery charges (Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, etc) but sadly this still leaves some costs we ask our customers to pay.
If you order on a Friday (or a Thursday after 2pm) be aware that the item will arrive Monday. Similarly, if you order on a Sunday, don't expect the parcel Monday... we'll need time to pack it! Weekend orders on a 'Next Working Day' service will arrive with you on Tuesday. For more information on delivery time scales please see below; “When will my order arrive”.
No, you do not need to open, set up or have an existing account with us to order.
Add the items to your basket and proceed to the checkout, you will be given the option to checkout as a guest where you can choose to pay by Credit/Debit card or with PayPal. You will be asked at the end if you want to create an account, but you do not have to in order to place an order at this point your order will have already been placed.
Even if you have an account and you have forgotten your password or do not know what email address you used, do not worry just checkout as guest, and you will be given the option to create a new account if you want to.
There is no public access permitted to our premises and we cannot accept any public visitors.
Due to the online nature of our business, we cannot allow customers to collect orders.
However, our couriers offer a Next-Working-Day service that covers most UK postcodes.
Sorry, but due to unprecedented demand and complications due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we cannot currently ship outside of the UK.
The only exception is Ireland (Eire). For orders to Ireland, simply add any item to the basket to obtain a precise shipping quotation.
We only repair incubators purchased from ourselves. To proceed with a repair, we'll ask you to provide proof of purchase, as well as the incubator's unique serial number. This will allow us to check if the repair can be undertaken by ourselves.
Note: Any product to be returned for repair or servicing MUST be returned clean and disinfected. This is particularly important to help combat the spread of diseases such as bird flu and is a requirement under DEFRA regulations. Unclean products will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer’s expense.
