Small family-run ecommerce retailer supplying egg incubation and veterinary equipment to individuals and organisations.
We are seeking to recruit a Customers Services Operative to join our friendly team of highly motivated individuals.
The main duties will be to provide customer service and aftersales support to our customers, primarily via email.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be required to assist with general administration and a wide range of related duties within our fast-moving business.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong work ethic and the ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure to meet business demands. They should be a team player with good verbal and written communication skills.
The working hours will be 37.5 per week. Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm
Flexible/overtime working is available to meet the seasonal needs of our business.
The pay rates will be on dependent on experience.
22 days paid holiday, plus statutory.
Full training will be provided as required.
