The entry level incubator in FIEM’s ‘New Generation’ range, the ‘Smart’ Digital incubator is the perfect combination of efficiency, innovation and user-friendly technology.  

Two examples of this efficient, but user friendly technology are Smart's digital thermostat - which allows both accurate control of temperature and precise humidity reading - and a high quality fan (fitted with the safety feature of an emergency fuse), which evenly distributes heat within inside the Smart during incubation.

• Digital temperature control & display: temperature adjustment is performed by a new digital thermostat with 0.1°C accuracy. 
• Digital Humidity Display: the display of humidity is available by pushing the T/H selection key on the control panel. 
• Manual humidity control: humidity is manually increased by adding water to the humifaction basins in the machines base. 
• Automatic egg turning

• Additional analogue temperature reading: A secondary temperature reading is made available by a precision thermometer in °F which allows a constant and important secondary check during incubation.

Smart’s automatic egg-turning unit is connected to the incubator’s exterior. The unit has it’s own power cord and plug, enabling the user to switch it off during the hatching period. An associated feature is the Universal Egg Support Grid - framework which holds eggs securely during incubation and turning cycles. This grid connects to the turning unit and can accommodates a variety of egg sizes.
