We understand how frustrating it can be when products fail. But when incubators fail the consequences are often more serious. That's why our dedicated customer services team will do our very best to help you identify and fix any problem as quickly as possible.
If your item is under warranty:
We make warranty repairs our priority. Simply upload the details of the product issue or fault above and take pictures where applicable. A member of our customer services team will be in touch quickly to update you on your case. Whilst the vast majority of parts and problems are covered under warranty there may be some instances, such as accidental damages, that are not covered.
If your item is out of warranty but was purchased from us:
When you shop with The Incubator Shop, we make a life-long commitment to you. We will always endeavor to deal with any product issues as quickly and as cheaply as possible, with minimal disruption. If the item was not purchased from us:
Whilst priority must always be given to our previous customers, we'll certainly do our best to help you with any incubator issue you may have. Once you upload your details and item photos to the form above, our team will be notified of your product issue. We'll get back in touch with you as soon as possible with our best advice.
