River Systems has developed a new heating plate, ideal for 20-25 chicks up to 30 days old, which supplies the necessary warmth normally provided by the hen in the early delicate stages of life.

Below is a list of the benefits:

• The mirror polished surface makes the CALEO brooder easy to clean.
• The CALEO's height is adjustable from 30mm to 160mm from the ground, which can be determined using the graduated scale on the four legs.
• Features an insulated panel inserted into the frame of the heating plate.
• A Brooder cover (sold separately) is also available and is recommended to be used with the brooder to help keep it clean and reduce energy consumption.

Thanks to the special patented heating technology and the registered design, the CALEO heating plate generates constant and well-distributed heat over its entire surface.

The CALEO heating plate benefits from an innovative technology that makes it particularly efficient and extremely fast in reaching the temperature of use. It is also safe as it can never reach temperatures dangerous for the chicks.
