The Brinsea OvaView High-Intensity Candling Lamp is designed to identify infertility in dark and mottled shell eggs. The Brinsea OvaView is battery powered for optimal convenience but its high intensity LED creates a fantastically bright light source, guaranteed to give you superb candling results.
There's no need to replace any bulbs as the LED light is very efficient. The Brinsea OvaView also comes with two flexible black seals of differing sizes, meaning you can customise the size of the beam to your specific requirements and there's no loss of light during candling.
See your chicks develop inside the egg!

| First purchase from the incubator and it went very smoothly. After some emails helping me direct me in the right direction I purchased this item and was very pleased with the item and service. I used this lamp to candle some penguins eggs and it worked incredibly well. The shells were quite thick but this lamp had no problem lighting it up. It was very easy to use, but because of its strong light I'd recommend using some strong AA batteries. |

| I had been using a phone light and torch to avoid buying one of these but never found it to work that well. This product is great and I would thoroughly recommend. Can successfully candle light eggs during the day - more difficult with dark shelled ones but can still tell fertility. Wish I’d bought one sooner! Thoroughly recommend |
