Thought I'd give you some feedback on the Ova Easy we came over to buy from you in April. In 20 odd years of incubation and hatching we've never had such good results, the machine just looks after itself, quietly getting on with the job.

The humidity pump was an excellent investment, takes all the worry out of whether there's enough or too much water being offered.

One big problem we have.....where do we put all the chicks?? Might have to move house at this rate!

I work on The One Show on the BBC and enlisted the help of Mike and all the helpers at the Incubator Shop for our one hour Friday Easter show with Russell Brand. We had an item with an incubator where we were attempting to hatch a chick live on air (which actually, somewhat surprisingly, we managed to pull off!). Logistically for this to happen we needed to purchase one large incubator for our studio as well as two portable incubators in which we could transport the fertilized eggs to us here at the BBC.

From start to finish I couldn't have asked for a more friendly or helpful service. Mike and the team were on hand twenty four hours a day to coach me through the details of this project, advising on incubators, treatment of the eggs and also post-care. They were an absolutely vital part of the process of our 'egg project' and without their expertise I am in no doubt that the success we achieved would not have happened without their help.

From the speed at which the incubators got to us, their cost, and their ready-on-hand advice around the clock, the service provided by The Incubator Shop is most definitely one I could not praise further. Anyone interested in getting involved in this area should approach this company as their first port of call.

Volevo congratularmi per la celerità con cui è arrivato il pacco, con l'incubatrice R-COM KING SURO 20 ordinata il 21.03.2011 appena tre giorni, direi che sono abbastanza soddisfatto, l'ho montata in tutte le sue parti, ,e messa in funzione affinché si stabilizzano i valori preimpostati dalla casa costruttrice .
